Selection and procurement of raw material is to ISI / DIN standards, procured to specification with due test Certificates. Stringent quality parameters are set and maintained during entire process sequence including induction hardening. Thus it is being ensured to withstand the required load of top arms & life of rollers. Also these bottom rollers are subjected to various surface treatments including hard chrome plating to a set level thickness and hardness. Such exerted efforts do enable to have high wear resistance and restricts distrotion. For this process high precision machine tools, quality checking equipments and various special toolings are being used. Fluted rollers are of straight flutes, Opposite helix flutes of different inclination and pitch. Knurled roller also manufactured for different pitch requirements for ring frame and speed freme. |
